Terms of service

Purpose
These general terms govern the entertainment, show and event logistics services offered by Maroc Kermesse throughout Morocco. Any booking implies acceptance of these terms.
Quotes and booking
Our quotes are free and valid for 30 days. A booking becomes firm upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Dates remain available for sale until the deposit is paid.
Payment
The balance is payable on the day of the service, before the event starts, by bank transfer, cheque or cash. An invoice is provided for every service. Companies and public institutions may agree on specific terms stated in the quote.
Cancellation and postponement
Cancellation more than 14 days before the event: the deposit is fully refunded. Between 14 and 7 days: the deposit is retained. Less than 7 days: 50% of the total amount is due. A date change, subject to availability, is offered free of charge up to 7 days before the event, and in case of major bad weather.
Client obligations
The client guarantees access to the event site at the agreed times, the availability of the electrical connections specified in the quote and the obtaining of any required authorizations (public roads, residence, school).
Safety and liability
Maroc Kermesse carries professional liability insurance. Our entertainers supervise the activities but do not replace parental supervision: children remain under the responsibility of their guardians outside supervised activities. We reserve the right to suspend an activity if safety conditions are no longer met (weather, behavior, over-capacity).
Force majeure
In the event of force majeure preventing the service, sums paid are refunded or transferred to a new date, at the client's choice, without further compensation.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute will be submitted, failing an amicable agreement, to the competent courts of Casablanca.
