The marockermesse.com website is published by Maroc Kermesse, an entertainment and events company based in Casablanca, Morocco. We are responsible for the processing of personal data collected on this site, in accordance with Moroccan law no. 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.
What data do we collect?
We only collect the data you voluntarily submit through our contact and quote request forms: name, email address, phone number, city and the details of your event project. No data is collected without your knowledge and no advertising profile is built.
Why this data?
Your data is used exclusively to process your request: contacting you back, preparing your quote and organizing your event. With your explicit consent, your email may also be used to send you our seasonal offers — you can unsubscribe at any time.
How long is it kept?
Data linked to a quote request is kept for 24 months after the last contact, then deleted. Data linked to a delivered event is kept for the legal retention period applicable to commercial documents.
Who is it shared with?
Nobody. Your data is neither sold, nor rented, nor shared with third parties for commercial purposes. It is only accessible to our sales team and, technically, to our hosting provider.
Cookies
This site only uses a technical cookie remembering your language preference. No advertising or tracking cookie is set. The Cloudflare Turnstile anti-spam service used on our forms may set a cookie strictly necessary for verification.
Your rights
